Delivery & Shipping Costs

For a limited time, we offer free shipping across Europe. For all shipments, we provide a tracking code in the dispatch confirmation email.

Deliveries are generally completed within the timeframes mentioned above. However, in exceptional situations, delays may occur. If your order is not delivered within the estimated period, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item you requested is unavailable despite timely ordering, we may offer an equivalent product in quality and value. The decision to accept this substitution is yours; otherwise, you may cancel the purchase. In that case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment made.

If a delivery delay occurs due to reasons under our responsibility or if delivery becomes unfeasible due to an error or gross negligence on our part, we do not assume liability for damages, though you will still be able to assert your rights. If the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, supplier failure, etc.), the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible. If the issue persists for more than four (4) weeks after order confirmation, both parties have the right to cancel the purchase.

We deliver throughout Europe. For shipments to countries outside Europe, prior written agreement is required.

For orders with delivery addresses outside Europe or in situations where there is a payment risk, we reserve the right to ship products only after full payment of the purchase, excluding taxes and shipping costs (prepayment). If this condition applies to your order, we will notify you immediately. The delivery timeframe will begin only after payment confirmation.

Additional Information

Shipping costs are indicated in the price information on our online store. The total order amount does not include taxes or shipping and will be shown in the summary before completing the purchase. Unless otherwise stated, shipping throughout Europe is always free.

Our customers do not need to worry about shipping costs! Regardless of the order amount, we cover all delivery costs.

If you decide to cancel your purchase in accordance with Article 9, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

Payment for orders can be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. All invoices must be paid immediately upon issuance, without additional discounts.

For credit card payments, the charge will be processed at the time of product shipment. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
